Point of Sale

The Point of Sale system quickly & efficiently captures all sales transactions for golf and tennis shops.  Charges may be billed, charged or paid for at time of sale.  All transactions are processed immediately and are available for reporting or inquiry.  This results in fewer errors, and a positive member experience.

Inventory

The Inventory System maintains inventories specific to golf and tennis items. The staff uses familiar golf or tennis language instead of  confusing and complicated numeric schemes. Our method provides a very easy way to set up stock and identify items to be sold quickly at the point-of-sale station. This provides you with the tools to better control inventory and increase inventory turns.

Tournament Operations

The TGS Tournament System allows you to easily setup and manage tournaments.  It offers comprehensive support for multiple formats and is designed to dramatically reduce problems associated with setting up and running tournaments.  This can reduce the time necessary to set up & manage tournaments by as much as 80%.

Member Billing

The Golf System provides the golf professional or club accountant with a billing system designed to assist in the creation of accurate member or customer statements.  It supports a broad range of billing, payment and reporting  options. Members can also securely view their account via the Internet thereby dramatically reducing disputed charges and improving cash flow.

Food & Beverage

The Food & Beverage Point of Sale module uses touch screen technology to simplify menu selections and expedite orders to the kitchen. The system accepts member charges, cash, credit cards, checks, gift certificates, and credit book as forms of payment.   The Grill & Snack Bar module has been designed for your grill & snack bar. This module provides an inventory for prepared food items, non-alcoholic beverages, fountain drinks, alcoholic beverages, and snacks. This results in fewer errors, better inventory and better staff productivity.

Tee Time Reservations

The Golf System Tee Time system reserves tee times on a daily basis for one or multiple courses for any day during the current month or several months in the future. This gives the golf club a way to plan tournaments and corporate outings. Players may be checked from the tee sheet and automatically moved to the POS screen with the daily rates and charges automatically applied. A Great Timesaver!
