SupportWe provide maintenance and customer support from our offices in Plano, Texas, by telephone and/or Internet connection. On site support is also available upon request.
Our support agreements extend warranty of software licenses and include assistance with procedural and operational issues. Enhancements are provided free of charge to our clients with support agreements.
Documentation & TrainingThe Golf System provides complete documentation and comprehensive user training.
Installation ServicesThe Golf System provides complete onsite integration services with each client's "vendor of choice" for approved computer hardware and peripheral purchases.
Computer EquipmentThe Golf System runs on proven industry standard PCs and peripherals using Microsoft’s Windows Operating System (2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008).
Product EnhancementsWe are committed to being the industry standard by providing enhancements to the system utilizing new technologies and peripherals.
Many specific features and enhancements are developed by request of existing clients. Usually our new system enhancements are delivered to our maintenance clients free of charge. Special requests for software modifications are encouraged. Software design and development for "unique solutions" is provided under our work order process.
