Tee Time SystemThe Golf System Tee Time system reserves tee times on a daily basis for one or multiple courses for any day during the current month or several months in the future. This gives the golf club a way to plan tournaments and corporate outings. Players may be checked from the tee sheet and automatically moved to the POS screen with the daily rates and charges automatically applied. A Great Timesaver!
FlexibleDifferent starting times and interval times can be adjusted depending on the season. The tee sheet allows you to customize your daily tee times for times such as marshal or starter times, pending golf course maintenance, shotguns, crossovers, weekly events, and blocked tournament outings. The tee sheet permits up to six players to be entered.
Player TrackingThe Tee Sheet interfaces directly with the membership database in The Golf System. From this database, the tee sheet can access information including the member’s bag storage number. Searches can be made on either the member’s name or number.
The system can also interface with The Golf System’s Guest Tracking module to build a data base of guests. The number of times a guest plays is tracked along with the member(s) with whom they play.
Comprehensive ReportingThe Tee Time system provides reports to print tee times for any single day. The report lists the member’s name, number, and bag storage number.<>
Additional reporting is available to report course utilization, reservation reports, and no show reports. Within the Tee Sheet module, tee times are easily marked as players check in and pay. Different fee schedules for time of day or course played can be set up within the tee sheet module.
