Credit Card & Credit BookCredit card deposit reports allow easy reconciliation of bank accounts. All reports can show by single date, date ranges, and assigned periods. Member sales can be printed and ranked. Reporting of credit book and all outstanding gift certificates balances and detailed information by customer is also available.
Additional reports for special reporting needs are available. These are Employee Reports, Reciprocal Charges and Tax Exempt reports. Sales reporting by Member is also part of the Daily Sales module.
All reports within the Daily Sales module may be viewed on screen or printed or even saved to a text file.
Daily Sales ReportingNumerous reports are available within the Daily Sales module. You can decide the reports that suit your management needs and customize the report format. Transactions can be reported by terminal, operator, tender type, sales department, date, and time. Sales report formats may be designed by the operator in either detail or summary formats. Historical sales data is summarized by departments.
Exception reports show price markdowns and discounts for each department. Merchandise reports show sales of a particular vendors’ merchandise or by a particular merchandise type. The golf or tennis professional can determine profitable and non-profitable merchandise from historical sales data collected. Buying plans can be formulated with accurate and current information. The staff professionals can now manage their cash flow effectively, anticipate future pro shop sales, and schedule purchases. Trend reports for selected periods allows management decisions for preparation of monthly or yearly budgets.
Real-Time ReviewThe Daily Sales module offers on-screen reviews so management may look at a glance at the sales totals generated for the period requested. A percentage review bar graph report shows the percentage of gross revenue generated by department for a specified period.
